Reads a bit like an advertisement. But then it is the Evening Standard ;) I particularly liked the wistful reference to the lack of Farrow-and-Ball-painted front doors (the height of pretension IMO) and the reassuring thought that CE is only two miles away :)

WARNING "This is an area that has not yet been gentrified." :(
Also, I think even the most pedestrian pedestrian would struggle to make the walk from 'West Green Place' to Turnpike Lane last half an hour.
