Short term rental 3brm house on harringey ladder

Hello there,
We are looking into the possibility of renting out our 3 brm house on the ladder while we
are overseas for a few months.
Ideally looking for a responsible small family or a couple. Could suit someone local who needs accoms
while doing house renovation etc.
The house is comfortable and close to North Harringey school.
It would be available from mid Sept for about 4 months , possibly longer..
