Short term let wanted - 3 bed flat/house

We're planning on getting some building works done at the end of April and are looking for a short-term let from 26th April - 13th June - as long as we get planning permission, which we'll hear in the next couple of weeks.

It doesn't need to be the exact dates, but ideally we'd like to be out of the house for some / all of that time. We have 2 young children (18 months and nearly four) and our son goes to harringay south nursery so we need to be fairly close for drop off pick ups.
