Short-term flat on Grand Parade
Hello all,
Our 1st-floor flat on Grand Parade is going to be available for a short-term, informal 'house sit' at the end of July.
It's currently for sale and our tenants move out on 25 July. It's highly likely that we'll face one or two months (or more) of vacancy while we wait for a buyer to come along, so at this stage, we're just looking to cover costs and avoid having an empty property for too long.
Pictures and details are here, and it will be available with one double bed and a small amount of furniture.
Ideal crash pad for the summer for the right person/people. Must be flexible with regards to allowing estate agents to access the flat for viewings. No smokers and no pets please.
