Short term accommodation needed - earn a nice sideline with that spare room of yours!

Suzanne, a Phd student from Germany, is looking for short term accommodation. We are putting her up for a few days but she is looking for slightly longer term (weeks, maybe a month or two) to get settled into her Phd. She really is a genuinely pleasant, interesting and unassuming person and would be no bother to have around. If the room wasn't en-suite, she would only want a bathroom that wasn't of the type she's seen and experienced in some studenty house-share situations! I think that between 100 and 150 would be her range depending on the accommodation type.
