Shared freehold insurance

I share the freehold with three other flats in a semi detached conversation. So far the buildings insurance has been ok but now it's gone through the roof. It's not easy to find a company to quote. Any recommendations welcome!

An insurance broker you could try is Gold Insurance Services Ltd at 133 Stroud Green Road, N4 3PX. Ask for Oz.

I have found Deacon insurers very good in the past.
