Grrr. Just want to moan, really.
Road is being resurfaced next week from Monday 8th to Thursday 10th (yes, that's what the letter says, so don't know if they mean Thurs 11th). There will be parking suspensions etc.
Anyway, have been phoning and emailing council on the number/email provided on the letter as need to know if any arrangements can be made for parking for a disabled resident who can only manage to walk a short distance from house to car, so may have severe difficulty if he can't find a parking space on the road. Absolutely no response from council.
Grrr.

I'll give it go, but not that hopeful tbh!
Hi all
Sorry to be thick, but who are the relevant councillors now? Do any of them post here on HoL
Cllr. Ermine Ibrahim is dealing with this.
Regards Cllr. Gina Adamou
Ha-ha-ha-ha-hah!
Has Cllr Ibrahim been raised to the Bench or the Nobility or the London Mayoralty without informing us?
I do not think the alternative interpretation will go down well across Aphrodite's Isle:
"Ermine: the stoat in Northern Regions with its white winter coat and black-tipped tail."
Emine, please inform us and your Harringay Labour colleagues.
In the round, the new group of councillors appear to have chosen lower level engagement though HoL compared with the last group. That's a shame because it really reduces their visibility to the 30,000 different people who visit HoL each month.
All the Harringay councillors have HoL profiles and they do comment on HoL occasionally. None of the St Ann's Ward councillors are signed up as far as I'm aware. Before the elections this year, all St Ann's Ward councillors were members of and contributors to HoL.
In St Ann's ward, Joe Goldberg has a HoL profile.
As a result of this reduced engagement, I have to say that I feel much less connected to my local representatives now and much less of a sense of what they think and what they're doing. That seems like a shame.
If you go the the Public Services tab in the black tabs strip towards the top of the page and from the drop down menu, choose "Local Representatives". There's at least one way to contact each councillor.
