Thanks, neighbour. My house is inside the bit of Venn diagram where four of the six circles overlap. I'm keeping a hat on.

Ooooooooh crap! We're all gonna die! I can't help feeling Phil M is a little smug, er, sorry, RELIEVED to see the ladder seems to be safe from 'harm'. Not so for the rest of us Haringeyer's! :(
