We are a small family of two working parents and a 5 year old girl who goes to South Harringay school.
We have been living on St. Ann's road for a few years and need to move out by the end of January as the landlord wants the property back. We are seeking a minimum 2 bed property to rent and wondered if anyone had anything to offer that may be coming onto the market?
We can move any time and are excellent tenants!

Okay if you do not want to say, but can you reveal how much you pay? Also can you comment on if you have had any problems there? Where we are living now Is great, but we have had issues with neighbours etc. in the past (when we lived on Black Boy Lane the guy upstairs used to enjoy playing AC/DC really loud at 3 in the morning, not fun when you have a new born in the house!).

Hi Glen,
We live on Stapleton Hall Road, just across the line from Harringay Station, and have a 2 dble bed basement flat with patio garden to rent just down from Harringay Station and next door to our own home. It is newly refurbished and ready pretty well immediately. We can let it furnished, unfurnished or part furnished whichever is preferable. It has a large integral kitchen/lounge with sliding doors onto the garden. There is a separate utility room with freezer, washing machine and butler sink. The bathroom has a bath/shower with shower screen and there is very large dry storage area off the bathroom. At the front there is a paved area at the bottom of the basement steps. There is an alarm system in place.
We are asking £370 pw (inc water rates but council tax and energy bills extra) and £400 deposit which is secured with the Deposit Protection Service. Our last tenants were with us for three and a half years and have just moved out to buy their own little house further north. We ask our tenants for references but can also provide refs for ourselves as landlords if required.
It is possible that you know parents at South Harringay who also know us as we've lived in the area for over 30 years.
