Seeking 2 bed to rent

I am looking for a 2 bed property to rent - it's for me (a teacher) and my young son. Preferably looking for a flat/small house with some outdoor space. Looking to move either later this month (December - if time) or in January. Can be a rental for 6 months or longer. Areas looking in are N4, N15, N16, E5 or thereabouts.

If anyone has suggestions or knows of anything coming up please let me know!
