Second Crouch End Cinema Given Green Light

Following our recent news of the imminent opening of the Art House Cinema on Tottenham Lane in Crouch End, Haringey Council have given the go-ahead for the development of a second cinema just a few doors down the road. Opening in the building that used to be home to the Hornsey Journal, the Crouch End Picturehouse will bring back a cinema to the site where a cinema stood for about 50 years till just after the war. 

The cinema will have four screens and a total of 590 seats, with a first-floor bar and cafe and spaces available for community hire.
