Scrap metal fairies

Re posts about suspicious characters rooting through dustbins: the scrap metal fairies came in the night and took away the remains of a big fat storage heater. I'd left it just inside the gate, meaning to take it to the recycling centre today. Now there it is, gone. So technically they trespassed, but they have saved me a tedious trip. Win-win. Or does LBH losing the value of several kilos of pressed steel, make it win-win-lose?  

PS if anyone can use twelve heavy heating bricks, they are yours for the taking.
