Sausage Magazine

Some recent new members have said they've heard about HOL through Sausage Magazine, which is a new free magazine for parents in North London.

They've given us a great write-up on their opening news pages. So I'm delighted to profile the magazine.

It offers listings of what's on in the area and beyond - the first issue features baby drop-ins, city farms and events and activities in town - as well as relevant features, local and national parenting news, plus tips and advice from other mums and dads. It's well designed, with good photography and aims for a friendly, irreverent tone.

The publishers distribute to cafes, leisure centres, shops, community halls, schools, libraries and nurseries across Crouch End, Stoke Newington, Finsbury Park, Islington, Kentish Town, Camden, Newington Green, Muswell Hill and Highgate. Local places you can pick it up are the Finsbury Park cafe, Cafe Lemon and Wood Green and Stroud Green libraries. That's if they have any left!
