Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

The lighting plan for The Salisbury has now been finalised and a planning application lodged with the Council.

The plans includes LED bulb lighting on the crown, a new illuminated name sign on the main building elevation and street-based uplighting.

Key plan elements are attached - full planning application here. A listed building consent application has also been lodged.

It's a good spec. The only thing I think will cause an issue is the extension to the pavement outside the Salisbury, as it may make it difficult for the 341 to turn into St. Anne's Road.

I did find the supermarket sign remark rather funny.

Put my two penneth worth in. Fingers crossed! Any idea how you can view other peoples comments?

The current Salisbury sign is - PANTS! and the suggested new one not to dissimilar to yet another supermarket sign too.

More tree and more planting (rain beds) in the paving. Green those streets!

That drawing is nice.  It makes me want to stop for a pint after finishing the Christmas shopping.

Is amazes me that Salisbury of all places chose to use a Sainsbury's font for the large Salisbury sign, quicker that's taken down the better.
The original looks yellow, not Sainsbury orange from that picture.

Internally-illuminated white plastic name sign ? That's going to go well with " The grand Victorian architecture of The Salisbury pub "
