rubbish not collected
My rubbish has not been collected this morning eventhough my neighbours ones has.
Is there a number I can call to complain to the council and get my rubbish bin emptied?

This morning I had an email apologising for the missed collection and promising a collection on Monday. I responded with a polite enquiry about what happened to my missed-collection-collection from the previous week.
I have just had a phone call from Veolia to explain that my missed-collection-collection for Monday is in fact a missed-missed-collection-collection to replace the missed-collection-collection last week.
The lady was very polite and helpful, but I'm left a bit nonplussed about the call. I'm, not sure why they'd call to tell me that the collection booked on Monday is a missed-missed-collection-collection rather than a missed-collection-collection. Still, sounds like I'm in with a chance of my rubbish being taken away at last on Monday.
I've asked if someone could please let me know why my collections are suddenly being missed and what happened to my original missed-collection-collection. I'll be sure to come back and let y'all know. (Although secretly I'm quietly hoping to be able to write about a missed-missed-missed-collection-collection.)

I hope they collect mine as well. Not sure if mine was a miss-collection-miss but I think it sounds like the same as mine.
