ROOM TO RENT NEEDED URGENTLY

Hello 

A friend of mine is urgently looking for a room to rent in Harringay  when his short term accommodation comes to an end in a couple of weeks.  

He is on a tight budget but can pay a deposit and rent in advance. He is a painter/decorator, carpenter and an excellent handyman and can fix just about anything so would be willing to work and do home maintenance in return for a reasonable rent.
