Hi - I have a room available - in fact the whole flat and use of garden - as I'll be away from the 18th - 30th.
It's a lovely light room and am happy to take low rent - (my long-term lodger left a month ago to work abroad.) Obviously I would need good reliable references ... and it's a bit last min - so you may have found somewhere. I'm away this weekend - so best time to view it would be Mon 16th in day or eve.
