Room available in Stroud Green - 2nd February

We have a room available to rent in our two bedroom, groundfloor Victorian conversion.

Ten minutes' walk to Finsbury Park station, you'll be sharing with a friendly but extremely private and very clean couple and our two cats.

Ideally, we would like a tenant who is private as we are, and clean.  The monthly rent is £550 per month, which includes all utilities and wi fi internet.  We will require references and £550 deposit at commencement of the tenancy.  We are offering the room until the end of November 2013.

I am very interested, I have deposit, rent and references and need to move asap as my current landlady is selling the house. I'm very clean and more importantly I LOVE cats :)
