Rich house or Poor house?

Got a posting through the letterbox from Hat Trick Productions. See attached. 

Sounds a lot like the show "Rich House, Poor House" where they compare the wealth divide of Britons. They compare the lives of people with £150/week disposable income versus those with >£1000/week.

Interesting that they're targeting Haringey. 

Is our borough considered the rich or the poor? :-)
