I have just been told by a member of staff at the Hornsey center that the number of visits will be restricted to 4 a year per household.
Has anyone else heard about this? There's nothing on the council's website.

I suggest you email and ask Cllr Nilgun Canver the "cabinet" councillor responsible for Environmental Services.
