Restructure of procurement has saved £12m, say Haringey Council

In an article written by the Head of Haringey Procurement, Haringey Council claim:

"We saved £12m in Haringey last year through a complete transformation of our procurement operations"

"But the story doesn't just end at Haringey.", writes Wood, "We are now joining up procurement with seven other north London local authorities, a total spend of £2.5bn and have started to deliver even greater savings."
