Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Required: Tree remover and Someone to change internal architraves
Hello
I was wondering whether anyone would be able to recommend:
1. Someone who can remove the 6 foot trees outside my front window (we are replacing them with smaller ones, I was advised that the trees we have a 'growers' and difficult to control)
2. Someone who can replace the architraves on my internal doors (also if they could change the side the door opens that would also be really helpful)
I don't know what sort of trade person does these kind of jobs?

Thank you Tris. Yes all the doors open towards the centre it's so bizarre, but thank you for throwing light on why this is I couldn't figure out why anyone would do this!

Hi there
If you are still looking, we got an excellent tree surgeon from Harringay forums: Dick Tomlinson. You can find him on Checkatrade too and he lives locally. Came immediately, gave us a very reasonable quote, sorted out all council paperwork (we live in a conservation area) and took off 2 trees (one around 30 feet tall) with minimum fuss - very tidy too.
