Renting your property out during 2012
Does anyone have any experience or know of anyone that have plans to do this?
There has been a lot in the press about people renting their property out for £1500 + per week but so far we have been unable to find a reputable agency to advertise with, there is also the consideration of insurance and potential pitfulls which starts making the idea a lot less appealing.
