Rental property

A friend of mine and her partner and two other house mates have been sharing a 3 bed house in Crouch End.  Unfortunately, for them, the house has now been sold and they are therefore looking for a rental property.  They are keen to find somewhere on the ladder, Turnpike Lane area or Crouch End area.  They haven't had much luck through agencies so if anyone has any ideas please send me a message as they are not, yet, on HOL.
