Recommending Neofix Development builders
I thoroughly recommend these builders, recommended by a friend they'd done two projects for. They re-modelled our bathroom, and created more space in the spare bedroom using that dead space on the stairs. It looks fantastic. So does the bathroom. They are real craftsmen. And Georgi is can-do attitude personified, nothing phases him. Also he agreed to fix many minor odd-job-man type repairs that many builders would not bother with. They are punctual, courteous, flexible, and clean up every day.

Spoke to a few different builders about renovations on my new flat, including Neofix because of the post above. Ended up choosing them and was glad I did – Giorgi is full of good ideas, the whole thing was about as stress-free as a process like that can be, everything was really meticulously done, and admittedly I've only been living here a week so far but not even a single little problem has emerged. (Actually, all the problems have been in the bathroom, which is the only part of the flat they didn't touch; I called Giorgi to ask what he thought about a big leak I was dealing with, and he came over and fixed it for me within three hours, on a Saturday!!!) Will definitely use again.
