Neil Protheroe has helped me out at very short notice now with two leaks a year apart, different places  (having not had problems for over a decade in my home) and he has done the work diligently and professionally. The latest was popping round (less than 24 hours notice!) to unplumb the old washer/dryer because i knew Appliances Direct might say there was water in the pipes of the broken appliance and refuse to fit the new one. Neil squeezed a quick trip in to N4, first thing on his way to Dalston, before the delivery arrived and he didn’t even charge me. Neil: 07731 997936.

Neil let me down on 3 occasions, sent me text to say he was coming to do some work and then never turned up. I would never trust or use him again. I had taken his details off HOL and was disappointed by his unreliability.
