Recommendations for Handyman/Roofer for bay window re-felting job.

We're having our windows replaced and I've just noticed the felt on top of the front bay window looks like it’s on it’s last legs and there are some faint damp marks on the inside. So it needs a re-felt or maybe zinc or otherwise water-proofed.

Wondering if anyone has had the top of a bay window re-felted or otherwise waterproofed recently and if so whether they'd recommend the Handyman/Roofer.
