Recommendations for buying a bathroom suite

I'd suggest going to a decent local merchants such as Demos on Lordship Lane and asking for a copy of the brochure from their distributors. I managed to order pretty much everything from them, and rather than having to wait in for 4 separate deliveries, they brought it all around in the van at a time that was convenient to me. Also the prices they got were as good as the best prices I found elsewhere.

In terms of brands, I wouldn't bother with Bristan again, but have been very happy with a Roca cloakroom suite (very smart and hard-wearing), Kaldewaij bath and Pegler taps.

Chris Stevens in Muswell Hill is terrific for high end fittings at discounted prices. We've fitted out two bathrooms from there and both were great.

If you don’t mind a bit pricier, Aston Matthews in Islington has some gorgeous stuff.

I bought mine recently from Wickes by Seven Sisters. They're able to do the installation and everything, too, if you need to. The
