He's very helpful, but on a cautionary note, he does have a prediliction of wanting to upgrade everyone to W10, to the point where he did it to one of my PCs even when he knew i didn't want him to
W10 is an open invitation for someone to hack your machine and also for MS and everyone else to have all your data - just say no...
