Recommendation for wood floor repairs/maintenance

Having recently moved, I'm looking for recommendations for someone to look at some damage/staining to a wood floor in the previous place I was renting.

The floors are not original, but not laminate and apparently not sealed. So likely treated/stained hardwood.

There are two small areas affecting no more than 3 boards I would say that need looking it - one has white water staining from pet bowls and the other has a darker stain from a drinks chiller which had leaked.

It may be possible to just treat the affected areas - this would be the ideal rather than me having to pay to sand and varnish the entire room, but looking for someone who can provide a quote, so any recommendations gratefully received.
