Recommendation for local Piano Teacher & French tutor please

In my endeavor to help my 13year old to fulfill one of her New Years wishes I am looking for a local (we're mid-ladder) piano teacher for her. I see there have been other requests but the information is over a year old. Also looking for a French tutor to help her with schoolwork.
