I suggest that unless things are very complicated and you will require face to face meetings, you can use a conveyancing solicitor outside London. It's often cheaper. But do not skimp, a good conveyancing solicitor will save time and money in the long run.

I used Bennett Oakley in Sussex who I recommend.
