Rebuild insurance value?

We live in a house converted into 3 flats on mattison road. It's two story with the third flat as an attic conversion. We need to select a rebuild cost for our building insurance. How much do people insure their similar sized properties for please? I have no idea of the rebuild cost. It was mentioned on my survey but that is now 15 years out of date.
