Or anyone at crews hill who'll do the same.
I wouldn't expect to find one free. Valuable things sleepers.
On the other hand, my teenagers don't seem to move about much. A couple of bowls of cereals a day and I'm pretty sure they'd stay put for the summer.

Forest Recycling in Walthamstow have scaffold boards ar £4 a metre.

I've No problem with the creosote. You'd be able to bend their legs around corners so no need to saw..
