There's a dog training class in Finsbury Park on Sunday mornings at 10. Very helpful people.
I can recommend Vicky who is an expert on puppies www.happydogsandcats.co.uk

The principles are to set him up for success - take him out every 3/4 hour to the garden with special treats, wait for him to pee/poo. As soon as he goes, get very excited and immediately give him 3 treats and go back indoors. Wait outside with him for about 3 minutes. If he hasn't gone, go inside, wait 10 minutes and try again. If you can dedicate a few days to a couple of weeks doing this, he'll be toilet trained. When he goes indoors, say nothing, just clean it up with an enzymatic cleaner, preferably not in front of him. Puppy pads can extend the time it takes to house train, as you still want him to toilet outdoors, not on pads. When you cannot supervise him, place him in a safe place such as the kitchen with his bed, water, kong chew toys and a designated toilet area, such as a litter tray with a piece of turf as far as possible from his bed and food, and he'll quickly learn that is the surface to toilet on. Dogs do not generalise well, which is why it takes many trips to help them learn where we want them to toilet. And the key is to notice and reward any and all behaviours you like (such as sitting, lying down calmly, being attentive, and to just ignore those that you don't. Providing him with lots of stuffed (with food) rubber chew toys such as kongs, will help keep him busy and help the painful teeth growing phases as well.
Hope this helps. See my website and contact me if you would like more in depth help: http://happydogsandcats.co.uk/
How did you introduce them? New additions can be really stressful to cats/dogs unless done slowly and carefully.. x
There are things you can do to help Chilli to help boost her confidence. Acting as soon as soon as possible will help prevent her from becoming chronically stressed. Great that you gave her the choice to come in as choices are vital for cats :)
