Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Anyone got any suggestions/recommendations/tips on seeking psychiatric support? I am well aware that I can google this/see my GP etc so I am looking for some practical suggestions which go outside that offered by the NHS which sadly, is underfunded with all related problems. Lookin for something beyond psychotherapy and counselling.
