Property Management / Lettings

I've got a flat on the ladder that will need new tenants in about 6 weeks time.

Can anyone recommend a lettings agency to take care of it?

Til now we've had friends in there and its been great but now they're leaving I'm toying with putting it through an agency to cover myself rather than let it privately.

Is it worth the percentages they charge?

Any advice appreciated.
