I've got a flat on the ladder that will need new tenants in about 6 weeks time.

Can anyone recommend a lettings agency to take care of it?

Til now we've had friends in there and its been great but now they're leaving I'm toying with putting it through an agency to cover myself rather than let it privately.

Is it worth the percentages they charge?

Any advice appreciated.

Just don't let it go to any agent who is going to demand six weeks deposit and lots of rip off charges. And as for Brian Thomas, just don't let them litter your property with boards that they never take down even when they don't have a place to let.
