Small Block Management Company - Recommendations
Originally posted in November 2018 but here were are in 2020 and still looking!!!
We are looking to obtain a quote for the management of the building we live in, as we are considering replacing our current property management company.
The building comprises 6 flats, majority are owner occupied.
We'd be looking for a company to perform some basic services, such as collection of ground rent & service charge, preparation of accounts Company Secretary duties.
Been challenging to find one so any recommendations or advice welcome!

We had problems with our building. The managing agent was appointed by the freeholder and was very unresponsive. We brought in this company https://www.loveyourblock.co.uk/ they were great. They helped us to acquire right to manage and sorted out all the mess left behind by the previous dodgy company including holes in the budget
