Poobum / bunny ears /bunny outfit?

The old World Book Day Panic! 

Our son has asked to be Poobum - a naked, white rabbit! (Pic attached)

Does anyone have anything we might be able to use for some or all of a costume? He's about to turn 4 (could fit anything 3-5).
