I don't understand by what you mean about not being allowed?

I personally use Pimlico plumbers for very urgent work, then other people recommended on the site for non-urgent work.

100% allowed for these kinds of things - leaks can cause a lot of damage if not tended to properly!

We had a leaking water tank. My wife found a local plumber who fixed it the same day at an hour's notice, for a call out fee of £75 and £15 parts. We social distanced and it was no problem.
