Please come to a public meeting on Monday, to show your support as we invite local people to register their support to buy 'THE ANTWERP ARMS' to be run by the community for the community as a community owned pub, with the talent and creativity of local people and award winning real ales brewed in Tottenham.
THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR LOCAL PEOPLE TO REALISTICALLY OWN THEIR VERY OWN PUB!

Wondered if you would welcome Tottenham Supporters getting involved? Most notably the official Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Trust (THST) who are officially recognised by the club itself?
As you may know, The Bell & Hare, a very popular pub for Spurs Supporters and Trust members, has closed this summer. This leaves home supporters on match-days with very few options to meet before & after a game. I am not a member of the Trust myself, but i have told them about your meeting and they are willing to send a board member along to discuss your plans?
I'm a Spurs fan myself and lived in Tottenham for many years so know the pub & area very well. So many pubs have closed in N15/N17 in the last decade that we should do all we can to save The Antwerp! Happy to spread the word about the meeting on Twitter too. If you would like to speak to the Chairman of the THST yourself, I can give you his contact email.

Hi - FABULOUS!!!! ..Thank you so much we would love to welcome a board member and any other interested parties to this meeting...This is exactly what we want, there is so much excitement and energy and creativity going into this project from the local community and we would love the support of the official Tottenham Hotspurs Trust to this venture, We have also got the support of the Redemption brewery, that brew in Tottenham award winning real ale - one being called the 'Hopspur' - and they have promised to bring along an exciting little surprise to our meeting!!! Hope to see you on Monday 22nd, in the dining room of the Lancasterian School, Kings Road (Next to Bruce Castle Park) at 6pm.

Strangely enough, in between replies, stories going around that The Bell & Hare is re-opening on the 10th August! Not sure if this is true, trying to find out

Hi Caz - We only have the school for one hour but we will be going into the Antwerp Arms Pub afterwards and could catch up with you there if that is better for you.

Hi, I'm on the board of the Tottenham Hotspur Supporters Trust and am responsible for our work with community initiatives. Unfortunately I won't be able to get there Monday.
