Planning permission for house in back garden adjoining the passage/Cavendish

I might have missed it but has there been a post yet about this application for planning permission to build a house in the back garden of a house adjoining the passage on Cavendish? Consultation finishes on 25 August. There are already a number of objections which focus on establishing a precedent, the impact on neighbours, green space and amenities/waste collection (the latter would have to be via the passage).
