Hi all
Apparently one can view the planning enforcement notices that have been served online. I cannot find the link to view the notices anywhere on the council website. Please could someone direct me on how to find it?
Best wishes
Jez

You have to go and view them at the Council's offices - they aren't published online. Some Councils have put their register online, but Haringey isn't one of them. It costs nothing to go and look but if you want a hard copy to take away they'll charge you £20.00

Seems that Haringey misses a trick by not putting the enforcement notices online. It would certainly make it easier for neighbours and others to see what's going on. And incidentally, to better appreciate the work that Planners do
Maybe, Jerry Brown you might consider making that suggestion to Cllr Peray Ahmet whose remit includes "Enforcement (Environment and planning). peray.ahmet@haringey.gov.uk
and Cllr Alan Strickland Housing Regeneration and Planning (Planning applications and development management). alan.strickland@haringey.gov.uk
Can I suggest Jerry, that as well as emailing Cllr Ahmet and Cllr Strickland you tell them about this extra bit of silliness. Sometimes it seems to me that the aim of "channel shift" and "online by default" applies more to shifts which benefit bureaucrats rather more than residents.
Cllr Peray Ahmet took over the "cabinet" brief last year and usually gets back to you promptly. In my limited experience, her replies suggest an open mind and a disposition to explore an issue and see if she can offer help.
What it actually says on the automated message is that you can submit an Enforcement complaint online - which you can. It doesn't say you can view Enforcement Notices online.
