Something a little trivial...click on "click here" under the "Harringay or Haringey?" section at the top left of the HoL home page, then click on the Google map on the right of the page, be on Satellite view by clicking the icon at the top right on the map, then look just to the left of South Tottenham station, zoom in for a clearer view.
Perhaps that happens all the time on Google maps, i've never noticed one before.

This? Bizarrely I think it has been spotted before here on HOL!
What are we meant to be looking for? "I've never noticed one before."
One what?
The photo was probably taken from 200 miles up so it appears foreshortened
Looks a bit low too but it's probably about five miles up as the pilot reaches cruising speed over Russell Sq. I'm sure you'll find one or two over the Heath as well. No, not that Heath he's long gone. If they really are low, maybe they're spy planes. U2? Glad we agree.
crikey!!
probably not as close as it looks though
YES!!! i noticed this last year when looking at maps of the area (before i moved there) and thought it looked rather sinister. I couldn't see the markings on the plane and thought it might have been something other than a passenger flight? Perhaps some dodgy government rendition or military thing? Maybe i'm just being a bit imaginative!?
