Thanks for this, pamish. I hadn't seen the Design and Access statement before - very interesting and specific about what changes (Fascia sign/Awning/Grille/Shopfront/Upper) were happening to which buildings in the scheme. Selale didn't seem to be listed as part of the main scheme though, so are these changes being done separately but 'in accordance with the same principles'? Very impressed with the work that has been done on this.
