Place for kids clothing donations?

Does anyone know of a place that takes charitable donations for kids clothes, shoes, blankets etc? We're trying to get rid of things that the kids have outgrown, but the local charity shops (within walking distance of Harringay Post Office) don't seem keen to accept things these days. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
