Pigeons on Duckett Road

There are a lot of pigeons living in an empty building on Duckett Mews (at the Green Lanes end of Duckett Road).

My neighbour regularly puts food out for them in his front garden (which is quite annoying, but not something I can stop).

Does anyone know of any methods for preventing them coming into my front garden? The mess they leave behind is horrible and it's not pleasant to walk out of the front door into a flurry of pigeons.

This seems to have worked (a bit). The food has disappeared from my neighbour's front garden and there seem to be a few less pigeons around. According to John Forde, the council are also going to do something about the derelict property, so hopefully we can say goodbye to our winged friends.
