Phone Thieves - Elderly Man Robbed

Very disheartening- just heard yelling outside of my Hampden Road home. An elderly man had gotten his phone grabbed by some thieves. Luckily there were many others around that witnessed it and saw which direction they ran through the passage. I heard them call the police. Makes me so angry. Don't carry your phone in your hand while walking ANYWHERE.
