Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Petition the council

came across this on the council website (hope this hasn't been posted already).

We can petition teh council and they have to respond in set timescales. May be useful for issues

Ah but, the law demands that LBH make an electronic form of petition available. Their response to this, scan the bits of paper and email them to us, may accord with the letter but not with the spirit, I think. cf http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/
I try not to be pessimistic but a la http://www.harringayonline.com/forum/topics/government-response-to I am expecting "haringey response to petitions disappointing"
